The Palestinian hacker, Maaged Ben Juwad Oydeh, was formally charged by the judge at the Beersheba District Court after he was arrested by Israeli forces earlier this year. Security researchers at Symantec are researching its evolution and have discovered that Poweliks exploits now patched zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2015-0016) in Windows.
