Biometrics firm Valencell has filed a lawsuit against Apple and Fitbit, claiming that some of their products are using its heart rate sensor without paying for a license. In a lawsuit it filed on Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland, Wikimedia accused NSA and DOJ of violating constitutional rights on Wikipedia.
